The Service

ClearBG is a tool that professional background removal in seconds. perfect for product photos, portraits, and more.. Here's what you need to know:

  • You pay per use - no subscriptions, no hidden fees
  • We process your files and give you the results
  • Files are automatically deleted after 1 hour
  • The service is provided "as is" - we do our best but can't guarantee perfection

Your Account

  • You need to sign in with Google to use the service
  • You're responsible for keeping your account secure
  • One person per account - no sharing
  • We can suspend accounts that violate these terms

Payment Terms

  • Prices are shown before you pay
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All sales are final - we don't offer refunds for completed processing
  • If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right
  • We save your card for easier future payments (you can remove it anytime)

Acceptable Use

Please use ClearBG responsibly. Don't use it for:

  • Anything illegal or harmful
  • Processing copyrighted content you don't own
  • Uploading malicious files or viruses
  • Trying to break or test our security
  • Automated or bot usage without permission

Intellectual Property

  • You keep all rights to your original files
  • You're responsible for having the right to process the files you upload
  • We don't claim ownership of your content
  • The ClearBG service and brand belong to us

Limitations

The legal bit (sorry, we have to include this):

We provide ClearBG "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Changes to Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make big changes, we'll let you know. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.

Cancellation

You can stop using ClearBG anytime - just stop using it! If you want your account deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
